Shawn has been with the Hawk Agency since 1990 and is licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent. She is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients in the Commercial Insurance Division, plus she manages the data entry for the President and CEO, Tom Fliege.

Shawn is our "client’s voice" to the insurance companies and takes care of any questions, concerns or problems that would ever cross her desk. Shawn loves people and her expertise in customer service, accompanied with her vast knowledge of commercial insurance, is a big part of what make the Hawk Agency a "Total Quality Organization".

Shawn lives in Eureka with her daughter Shelby Lynn. In addition to the Hawk Agency, dancing, coaching and family keeps Shawn pretty busy!
