Pam joins the Hawk Agency in November, 2002. She came to us from Harleysville Lake States Insurance where she was a commercial lines insurance rater from 1999 until the Illinois office closed.

Pam understands the value and importance of customer service from her ten years of retail management experience. Pam is licensed in all four lines of insurance, Property & Casualty and Life & Health.

Pam graduated from Bradley University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has a grown son, Jeremy.
