Lori Jones began her career at Hawk Agency, Inc. in 1985 as a Commercial Customer Service Representative. Since then, Lori has served as Manager of Commercial Customer Service, Marketing Manager, Commercial Producer and Valued Added Service Coordinator. Effective March 1, 2009, Lori was named Vice President of Operations for Hawk Agency, Inc.

Lori has had her Property and Casualty Insurance licenses since 1987, later receiving her Life and Health Insurance licenses in 1993. She was awarded the Certified Professional Service Representative designation in 1990 from the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents. In 2003 Lori was designated a Certified Worker’s Compensation Advisor from the Institute of Worker’s Compensation Professionals.

Lori attended Illinois Central College, majoring in computer programming and accounting. In her spare time, she coaches softball and participates in Tae Kwon Do.

Lori lives in Tremont with her husband Rob, sons Jacob, Woody, Dyllon, Tres and daughters Samantha and Madison.
