Cathy is originally from Burlington, Iowa and is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in Management. She obtained her Professional in Human Resources Designation in 2000. She is also a state of Illinois licensed producer for Accident/Health and Life.

Cathy has 20 years Human Resources generalist experience. Because of this generalist background, she is uniquely qualified to assist business owners and employees on a broad range of benefits administration and human resources related issues.

She is also a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management and has serves as President of the Heart of IL Society of Human Resources Management Chapter. She is also serving a 2 year term on the Illinois State Council for Society of Human Resources Managers (SHRM) .

Cathy resides in Peoria with her husband.
